HOW TO RETURN
If you wish to return your item please contact us at email@example.com or +65 6291 0990 within 24 hours after you receive the products.
All return items has to be in perfect condition and unused. We will reject the return if item is found with defects.
No return allowed for customized order products and SALE item products.
We will deduct 20% of the original invoice value for shipping cost.
All refunds will be issued via Cheque, and it will take minimum 14 days to process.
No cancellation of customized orders after 48 hours of placement order.
We are unable to accept return on custom order for any reason other than damages.
If you decide to cancel your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours from date of purchase.
There will be no additional charges incurred.
