- Our sales assistant will call you soonest possible to fix the delivery schedule once you made payment for your orders.
- We will deliver your orders within 7-14 working days

- We are unable to deliver at specific timing, instead we will give you a time slot (e.g, around 10-12am)
- Delivery charge shall be waived for orders above $1000
- Delivery charge is $80 per trip for orders below $1000
RESCHEDULING OF DELIVERY
- Rescheduling is not allowed 2 days before delivery, subsequent delivery will be charged in full amount
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the furniture. We cannot leave furniture outside your premises.
- If delivery is unsuccessful, subsequent delivery will be charged
- Delivery must be completed within 30 days after orders received.
If goods are not collected or delivery arrangement not made, we shall arrange a 50% refund.
- Due to unexpected circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to the next delivery slot
- Please check and advise on delivery restriction e.g, condo delivery time, lift size, walk-up apartment, etc.
- There will be an additional fee should delivery process cannot be completed in proper manner.
- Yes, you may collect your purchased item at our showroom.
